Last updated: June 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DMRocket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use of Service
DMRocket provides omnichannel CRM, messaging automation, booking, AI sales, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoTo Meeting, email, commerce, and related business workflow tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with Instagram's, WhatsApp's, Meta's, Google's, Zoom's, Microsoft's, Webex's, GoTo's, and all other applicable third-party platform terms, policies, developer rules, business messaging policies, and API requirements.
- You must not use the Service to send spam, unauthorized broadcasts, or unsolicited messages.
- You are responsible for obtaining explicit user opt-in before sending outbound WhatsApp templates, marketing messages, reminders, or other communications where consent is required.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, connected Meta assets, connected Google accounts, connected calendars, connected meeting-provider accounts, and other third-party integrations.
- You must not use DMRocket to access, sync, or process data from any account, calendar, workspace, inbox, or business asset that you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
- You must not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Active usage limits apply based on your selected tier.
4. Platform Compliance
DMRocket uses the official Instagram Graph API, the official WhatsApp Cloud API, Google APIs, Zoom APIs, Microsoft Graph, Webex APIs, GoTo APIs, and other third-party APIs where applicable. However, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Zoom, Microsoft, Cisco Webex, GoTo, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing. You acknowledge that your use of these channels is governed by their separate terms, policies, developer rules, API requirements, and commerce guidelines. Meta, Google, Zoom, Microsoft, Cisco Webex, GoTo, and other third-party platforms reserve the right to restrict, suspend, revoke access, or ban your connected accounts if you violate their usage policies.
5. Calendars, Meeting Providers, and Booking Features
If you connect Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoTo Meeting, or another supported calendar or meeting provider, you authorize DMRocket to access and use the data and permissions you approve for booking, scheduling, availability checks, event creation, event updates, meeting creation, rescheduling, cancellation, reminders, meeting details, and related workflow features. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect the account and process attendee, customer, and booking information through DMRocket.
- DMRocket may create a provider-specific meeting when a booking is confirmed, update that meeting when the booking is rescheduled, and cancel or delete it when the booking is cancelled. Provider behavior may vary by account type, plan, policy, API capability, and organizer permissions.
- You are responsible for maintaining a valid provider account, any required provider subscription or licence, and sufficient permissions for the connected organizer or host.
- You may disconnect supported calendars and meeting providers from your DMRocket dashboard where the feature is available. You may also revoke DMRocket directly from the provider's account security, connected-app, or marketplace settings.
- Meeting join links, host links, passcodes, and related access details may be delivered to invitees through the notification channels you configure. You are responsible for selecting the correct recipients and protecting confidential host or meeting credentials.
- DMRocket is not responsible for missed or duplicate bookings, incorrect availability, failed calendar sync, failed meeting creation, invalid or expired meeting links, third-party API outages, provider rate limits, or changes made directly inside a connected calendar or meeting provider outside DMRocket.
- You are responsible for reviewing booking settings, time zones, assigned hosts, calendar connections, provider connections, availability windows, locations, meeting links, and reminder settings before sharing booking links with customers.
6. AI and Automation
DMRocket may provide AI replies, automation flows, lead tagging, customer segmentation, campaign workflows, booking workflows, and other automated features. You are responsible for reviewing, configuring, monitoring, and supervising your automations and AI settings. AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a specific customer situation. You agree not to rely on DMRocket for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other high-risk advice or decisions.
7. Customer Data and Consent
You are responsible for the customer data, lead data, message content, booking information, contact lists, product data, order data, and other information you upload, sync, generate, or process through DMRocket. You represent that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents required to use that data with DMRocket and to communicate with customers through connected channels.
8. Third-Party Services and API Availability
DMRocket depends on third-party platforms and service providers, including Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, Zoom, Microsoft, Cisco Webex, GoTo, payment providers, hosting providers, and infrastructure providers. We do not control third-party APIs, platform policies, outages, rate limits, approval timelines, permission reviews, account restrictions, or changes to third-party services. Features may be limited, delayed, unavailable, or changed if a third-party platform changes its API, policies, pricing, permissions, or availability.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your DMRocket account, connected accounts, team access, API credentials, OAuth connections, and business assets secure. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or connected assets have been compromised. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account, devices, credentials, team permissions, or connected third-party accounts.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DMRocket, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, account bans from third-party platforms, missed messages, missed bookings, failed automations, failed calendar sync, failed meeting creation, incorrect or unavailable meeting links, API outages, or other intangible losses.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
